Her path hasn't always been linear, it’s now deeply intentional. Through life's many twists, Aishia has embodied resilience, emotional clarity, and a profound sense of purpose. With certifications in yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, Reiki, and more, she brings decades of personal experience to her work.
As founder and Chief Mindfulness Officer of Mind Your Breath, Aishia designs and facilitates wellness programs that empower people of all ages to reconnect with themselves. Her mission is to help others build emotional strength and inner peace using accessible, practical tools that support real-life healing.
